There will be no additional import or tax charges for European orders

365 Day Returns Policy Information

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Fitness Footwear within 365 days of receipt, as long as the goods are in an unworn and saleable condition.

We do not charge any “restocking” fees like some other retailers

All returns must have completed a returns form (enclosed with your order)

Refunds may take up to 10 days to show in your account as cleared funds

No Charge Returns Information

Unlike some other retailers, we do not charge a “restocking” fee. You are responsible for the postage costs when returning items (unless faulty) but we will dispatch your replacement item(s) for free (UK orders only).
