Excellent customer service. My first order did not take into account the free delivery so I was charged for it. I rang customer services and the excess postage was immediately removed from my card. I ordered the wrong size so rang customer services for an alternative size and colour. This was despatched on the day of ordering and I received it 2 days later. Brilliant service. Will definitely use you again if I need too.

Very good service, was kept up to date re delivery by e-mail and they came quicker than I was expecting. I had seen these trainers reviewed in The Daily Mail as being best value for money and most effective for 'shaping up' They definately improve your posture and are very comfortable once you get used to a 'different' way of walking.
