1. Putting our agreement in place

1.1 In this Agreement, we are fitnessfootwear.com Limited and you are the person detailed on the Order Forms
1.2 Our Agreement is made on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the Order Form.
1.3 Our Agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our Website or otherwise.

2. Making your choice & ordering

2.1 Peruse our Website and select your chosen products.
2.2 Complete the Order Form in full and follow the instructions detailed on the Website.

3. What happens next

3.1 We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit/Debit card.Your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.
3.2 All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. We shall endeavour to deliver the Goods within5-7 working days after we receive your offer. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible.
3.3 You will receive 2 emails from us. An email once your order is placed and an email once your order has been dispatched.

4. If you are not satisfied

4.1 You may return the products to us whereupon a refund will be made, provided that the products are returned in the same condition and original packaging (e.g. shoe box) as received within 14 days of your receipt of the goods.
4.2 You may request replacement products, which we will despatch to you (subject to availability) on receipt of the original products which were not satisfactory from you. The returned items will be refunded and a new order will be placed.

5. Other points
5.1 Upon the return of any refundable/replaceable products Fitness Footwear reserves the right to inspect the returned goods/packaging for damages. Fitness Footwear reserves the right to impose a charge (of up to 30% of the product RRP) should Fitness Footwear deem that the goods/packaging have been damaged in any way that Fitness Footwear deems unacceptable for re-sale. Fitness Footwear accept that sending goods through the post can be hazardous and take great care to ensure the safety of every dispatch. Fitness Footwear also provides each dispatch with a means of packaging to return any goods. It is not the responsibility of Fitness Footwear to provide another means of shipping should the provided means be damaged by you in any way.
