At Fitnessfootwear.com we offer a no quibble, easy returns policy with no handling fees. If you aren't happy with your purchase, just pop the goods back in the post to us and get a refund or an exchange - simple!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We have a dedicated customer service team, and have some great feedback from previous customers as a result of our good service. Take a look at our feedback, it's all from people who have brought from us before.
You may return the products to us whereupon a refund or exchange will be made. The goods must be returned in the same condition and original packaging as received (e.g. shoe box) within 30 days of receipt of the goods.
Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order and send to the following address detailing the reason for return and if necessary replacement size needed.

Please note that you will be liable for the return postage, unless goods are delivered to you with a manufacturing fault. In this case fitnessfootwear.com will reimburse postage to you on any unworn item (to a maximum of £5).
We recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof that you have sent the package. If replacement products are needed fitnessfootwear.com will post these to you free of charge.
Fitness Footwear reserves the right to impose a charge where deemed appropriate if the goods/box are returned to us in a condition that Fitness Footwear deem unacceptable for re-sale. If you do not have adequate packaging please use the reverse side of the packaging you received the footwear in.
Please do not deface or damage the box in anyway.
