These are by far the best running shoes I have owned, and over the years I must gave gone through more than 50 pairs of various shoes before these. The shoes are light and well made. The midsole cushioning is slim but firm enough so that you don't feel stones. The grip is pretty good off road and on mud considering that it is marketed as an urban shoe. The laces are just the right length, not stupidly long as on Nike and similar. The insoles don't have high arch supports, something that I prefer. The heels are low cut and the heel cups are soft and flexible so they don't press on the Achilles' tendon or heel bursae, They took about a week of walking around in to fully break in and they now fit like a glove. They feel great to walk around in - very firm and stable under foot. I have thrown away all my huge clunking motion control running shoes and learnt the Pose running method with these shoes. All of the injury problems that have plagued me for years (Achilles' tendinitis and retrocalcaneal bursitis) have completely gone. I recommend these to all my friends.
