    got fitflops for summer, but wanted some trainers for winter, so i bought these. love the way they look and they go with all my casual clothes. now i can get the toning effect all year round :)

    I've already got a paid of Metabolize shape ups and after three months feel like they've made a difference. As my only pair of trainers they've enhanced, I wear them 40 hours a week at work and for running and they've made a great difference to muscle tone. Can't wait for the Fitness junkie to come out because they look more sport, and it would be worth having two pairs on the go!
