Would highly recommend, so comfortable its a shame to take them off :o) You can feel them working your legs when you are walking. I will definately be getting a second pair when money allows. Fitness footwear were excellent to deal with and cheaper than anywhere else would happily use them again for my second pair.

I bought my Optimize Black Shape-Ups last week to use at work. I already would not be without them. Superbly comfortable and spongy, my feet feel as if they are totally cushioned and I am not nearly so tired when I get home; in fact whereas I used to kick my shoes off immediately, I don't want to take them off at all! Hot and sore feet after work are a thing of the past even in this 'tropical' weather we've been having lately...I am going to get some Tone-Up sandals as soon as possible. They are a bit costly, but worth it.

I tried these Shape Ups on in a shoe store and was umming and ahhing about whether to buy them. I decided to look online to compare prices and when I saw that Fitness Footwear was selling them £10 cheaper, plus offering free delivery, that swung it for me and I decided to go for it. I've only worn the trainers a couple of times, but they are comfortable and I can feel that they are making the muscles in my legs work more. Delivery was quick. Very pleased with everything. These are the comfiest shoes I've ever worn. I have a bad back and they take so much pressure off my spine, and I can really feel them working my buttocks and calves as I walk. They've noticably improved my posture too. Skechers sizes tend to come up a bit big, I am a 6 but I had to put an insole in and wear thick sports socks. Shame they don't do half sizes.

I have been using these for over a month now & they really work your calf muscles to the point of pain. I also bought the metabolize in white. They fit much better than MTB's where I found my foot would slip out. Thank goodness for shape ups I don't think I'll ever buy anything else. Carol T Scotland
