They change your posture by making you stand straight, they work your calves great but better than that they have tightened my butt. They don't look too bad even though they are quite bulky. They do make your calf muscles ache, but I'm hoping that there really is "no pain, no gain." The colour and design is also more feminine than others I have seen, as they are chunky and could be quite unflattering. But I'm happy so far.
