These are the best trainers I have ever had, they fit snuggly & are very comfortable. They change your posture by making you stand straight, they work your calves great but better than that they have tightened my butt. They don't look too bad even though they are quite bulky. Do yourself a favour, if you like your feet then get a pair. I liked them so much I bought the Optimize in black which I have also reviewed. Carol T Scotland

Ordered these trainers on Thursday and they were delivered on Saturday. Brilliant service. Have since taken shoes on a walking holiday where they really proved themselves. They were comfortable and made me aware of my posture. I am hoping they will make me stand and walk upright, they definitely make me take smaller steps which is a very good way to walk. These shoes are definitely comfortable on the feet. I've been wearing them to and from work for 3 days, I am aware that I stand taller as they promote a healthier posture. They do make your calf muscles ache, but I'm hoping that there really is "no pain, no gain." The colour and design is also more feminine than others I have seen, as they are chunky and could be quite unflattering. But I'm happy so far. Janice, North London, 5th August 2009.
