FitFlop sandals were biomechanically designed by Dr. David Cook and Darren James at LSBU, and have been reported by wearers not only to help firm and tone the lower body, but to provide relief from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, chronic back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis, lower limb oedema and RLS and help wearers affected by scoliosis and degenerative disc disease.

FitFlop Electra sandals only come in whole sizes. If your feet fall somewhere between, FitFlop recommend that you go up a size if you have wide feet or a high instep, and down if you have narrow feet or a low instep.

I've already bought a black sequin pair for this summer and will definitely get more!! I have a bad back but the cushion sole on these seems to make it much easier to stand for long periods.
