Delivery to Southern Ireland is charged at £14.99.
At present we only deliver within the UK and Ireland.

95% of our orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. We’ve used different couriers in the past but due to requests from our customers we have decided to use Royal Mail as our primary courier. It’s much easier to pick up your parcel from the local post office if you don’t happen to be in when they deliver. We have found that with other couriers our customers had to drive for miles to collect their parcel from a far out depot. Not exactly our idea of ‘hassle free’ shopping!

At Fitnessfootwear.com we offer a no quibble, 365 day easy returns policy. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, just pop the goods back in the post to us.

We ask that you cover the postage on the goods that you return, but if you would like to exchange we’ll pick up the bill for anything we send to you. On the rare occasion that your goods are faulty, we will of course reimburse your postage costs in full.

A returns address label is provided for you on the bottom of your sales invoice, enclosed with your order. We do expect a little damage to shoe boxes in transit, but if you return your goods please don’t deface the box in any way, for example by taping or writing on the box directly.
