    Felt true to size
    I can only review this product from the point of view of someone with a highly sensitive foot due to nerve damage. Unfortunately, although the insole in my left shoe was extremely comfortable (my healthy foot!) it was unsuitable for my right foot which detected the very slightly thicker part at the heel and was sufficient to cause irritation to my back. Probably not much help unless you're unfortunate enough to suffer from a foot disorder!

    I've been struggling with a bad back for several years, partly I'm sure, due to pounding the streets trying to keep fit. I bought some of these on the advice of my physio and it has definitely helped ease the aches and pains.
