Hundreds of amateur runners, possibly kitted out in the latest Merrell gear, are jogging in a series of events to raise money for the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
The BHF has been running Hearts First event since 2007 and April will see the Hyde Park Jog, the first of three new organised runs.
Speaking to thisisherefordshire.co.uk, the BHF's regional events organiser Adam Brokett described the jogs as a fun way to raise money for charity.
Richard Wishart, who will be running on April 9th, told the site: "I know it is important to keep fit and healthy and look after your heart.
"I am looking forward to the event."
The BHF funds around 1,200 research projects focused of heart disease, as well as provided 260 heart nurses for patient care in the UK.
