Olympic champion James Cracknell has completed the first stage of his epic journey to raise money for Sport Relief.
The athlete managed to row his way across the channel to Northern France, where he has now embarked upon the cycle leg of his journey to Morocco.
Little Britain star David Walliams, who swam the channel in aid of the charity last time round, is to join Cracknell for the final swimming leg between Spain and the African country.
So far, the rower has completed 165 miles of the 1,434-mile challenge in aid of good causes in both the UK and the rest of the world.
For those who aren't quite up to making their way across Europe cycling, rowing or swimming but still want to do their bit for Sport Relief can lace up their Merrell shoes and take part in one of the many Sport Relief miles taking place across the country.
