New fun run announced
More runners in Bath will have the opportunity to strap on their running shoes, whether they be from Merrell, Keen or Hi-Tec, with the announcement of the new Marathon Mile Fun Run.
The event, which will take place before the Bath Half Marathon on March 16th, is a one mile race which should see runners of all shapes and sizes running for charity.
Speaking to the Thisiswiltshire.co.uk, Jo Hones, events & community officer for The Forever Friends Appeal, said: “The great thing about the Marathon Mile Fun Run is that it is open to absolutely everyone of all ages and abilities.”
“This is also the perfect activity for family members to take part in a race of their own, whilst their loved ones are out running the full half marathon course,” he adds.
All runners are encouraged to use their place to fundraise for NICU Space to Grow campaign.
