Leeds puts everything into Jane Tomlinson charity run

A charity run in aid of the late Jane Tomlinson has the backing of the people behind the Leeds’ Half Marathon who have cancelled their own race to not detract from the fund raiser.

Organisers of Jane’s Run for All, which took place for the first time last summer wanted to increase numbers, fund raising and a lasting legacy for Ms Tomlinson.

As Leeds’ Half Marathon and Jane’s Run for All were only to be held a month apart in June it was deemed an appropriate act to take.

During her seven-year-battle with cancer Jane raised £1.75m for charity in a series of gruelling events.

If you want to start running and exercise, whether that be for fund raising or personal fitness, you’ll need to wear slightly more suitable footwear they should not be too hard to find at the Fitness Footwear and Onshoes websites.

Brands such as Merrell, Keen and Ecco have products on sale from these online shops.
