Merrell ready to attract new shoppers
Merrell shoes are ready to make their latest entrance into the US retail arena, according to the Kansas City Star.
The American mid-west may be more famous for cowboy boots, but Merrell's stylish and durable footwear may steal the show when they arrive at the new Corbin Park shopping centre opened this month.
Featuring an array of top retail outlets like J.C.Penney, Old Navy and Sports Authority, the new shopping centre may become even more appealing to locals when outdoor adventure store Backwoods opens its doors in March 2008.
Packing its shelves full of shoes from brands like Merrell, the outdoor specialist is likely to be a major hit with local shoppers.
Customers will be able to try out various models of the company's shoes, including tough outdoor products like the Chameleon II Convertible and the Chameleon Thermo Six Waterproof.
