Aegis Microbe Shield technology is a positively charged polymer that bonds to the surface of the shoes, providing anti-microbial protection to prevent the build up of odours.
The microscopic surface is spiked and positively charged so that when a micro-organism like bacteria comes into contact with the treated shoe, the organism is punctured, ionised and destroyed.
Because positive energy isn’t transferred to the now dead bacteria cell, the anti-microbial layer will never wear out over time and will continue to prevent the build up of unpleasant odours both during and after exercise.
