The Salomon Cosmic 4D GTX has arrived at Fitness Footwear. The Cosmic 4 DGTX quickly became Salomon’s best loved walking boot and we can certainly see why following a rave review by actor Brian Blessed on The Gadget Show.
The Salomon Cosmic 4D GTX won five out of five stars for its looks, lightweight feel, comfort, fit and waterproof protection.
Brian Blessed, who had been asked to review a selection of three leading walking boots, described the Cosmic 4D GTX as being deceptively tough while being firm, strong, flexible, and very breathable.
Made from ballistic nylon built around a lightweight chassis and protected by a Gore-Tex membrane, the Salomon Cosmic 4D GTX borrows technology from trail running shoes while utilising a new 4D Advanced Chassis to offer 4 layers of underfoot protection; which is the outersole, cushioning, midsole support plate and foam insole. This makes for a very comfortable walk with excellent flexibility and support while being light, breathable and keeping out the wind and rain.
